so here's the skinny

I have been working on a project for quite sometime, actually decades I guess you could say. Anyone that knows me is aware of my love of photos and photography. At one point I carried around disposable cameras wherever I went. That got expensive. Once some maturity set in my mom allowed me to play around with her 1980's manual cameras. Friends would say throughout the years I have rarely been caught without a camera. This year's birth of our daughter has allowed me to focus my photography on something I absolutely adore, babies. Along with our daughter, we have had another birth this year, Moncrief Photography.

Thank you friends and family for your support and encouragement. I am so excited about this new venture in documenting the lives of little ones. Moncrief Photography started out with a bang. Thank you Emma and Henry for allowing me to capture the loving kindness of you and your families. Love you both so very much.

Please come by and visit Moncrief Photography. I would love to hear your thoughts and I am sure the babies would too. (The website requires the newest version of quicktime :))

lots o' love

P.S. If we have never met, I would love to bring my camera the first time we do.

- how ironic, the photography announcement post has no pictures :) -

Yea! I knew this had to be coming soon! I am excited for you! The timing of this post is ironic... I was just thinking that I needed to ask you if you would take pictures at Anna Kate's birthday party (since I will be a little busy). :) Can't wait to see more!

Thanks for agreeing! Can't think of anyone better to take pics of her special day! I promise I am going to send you the pictures from Sunday... I reset up my email and therefor don't have your address anymore! So if you could shoot me a quick e-mail so I will have it again, I will send you the pics! Oh, and yes... I do love my purchases from Sunday as well!

Congratulations, Brittany! Whenever JP and I have a little one we'll have to make a special trip to Chattanooga for your photo skills. I've been admiring your photography of Ada, so I have no doubt you will be very successful!
